Usually when I pick colors I pick it from the little box on the bottom right side, but I’v learned about new magical button that exists thats called swatchs
and from there, I found the panton colors which look like this on illustrator
and each panton color has a number so its the same in each program and when it prints it doesnt turn out to be something else.
